Bathroom Renovation

Landmark Construction exceeded my expectations in every way. The team was professional, dependable, and delivered outstanding craftsmanship from start to finish. They communicated clearly throughout the project, stayed on schedule, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of the work was excellent, and the finished result looks amazing. I highly recommend Landmark Construction to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and reliable construction services.

The owner is hardworking and genuinely seems to care about making things right. Unfortunately, our roof was subcontracted out, and the experience didn’t go smoothly. There were several issues that ended up taking about a month to fully resolve. To their credit, they did stand behind the work and ultimately fixed everything. The new crew that came out did a solid job, and I was much happier with the final result. It’s clear this company is going through some growing pains, and I believe the owner is working hard to improve things. My only criticism is that customers shouldn’t have to experience those growing pains firsthand. If they continue using the new crew and tighten up their subcontracting process, I think they’ll be in a much better place.

Good honest and hard working team. Made sure to communicate at all times throughout our renovation. Even with problems and set backs the project turned out great. Very happy and plan to use them on furniture projects.

Great guys to get work done by and fast and affordable

Had a tree fall on my house putting holes in the roof, siding, and busted windows. Was given a quote and work started (my home is 30 years old) got the new roof on and ALL the windows replaced. Insurance company gave me Diddley but the guys worked with me on cost and house looks great! Having them come back this summer for the siding and then redo the interior. Thanx!

Logan and crew did a wonderful job for us. They were conscientious, made suggestions, listened to our ideas and willingly made changes. The workmanship and quality is top notch. I thought the bathroom was going to look good but it looks awesome. They even did a couple extra jobs on top of the bathroom that turned out great. Logan and his crew did an excellent job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Our house is almost 100 years old and both of those rooms were very small. The kitchen had almost no counter space and the bathroom was no bigger than a closet. After the remodel, I have a large spacious area to cook in … and the bathroom is spa quality! The guys at Landmark Construction were easy to communicate with and I will definitely be contacting them when I am ready to convert the attic into a spare bedroom.
